Excellent opportunity to join a global service provider of corporate, trust and fund administration service. As part of the expansion plan they are looking for a Trust Services administrator and the role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of international clients in providing corporate secretarial and trust services
Provide corporate and trust administration services in a multi-jurisdiction environment such as BVI, Cayman Islands etc
Assist in company incorporation, maintenance, bank accounts opening, liaison with Companies Registry, offshore agents, other government/regulatory authorities, bankers, auditors, and lawyers
Answer clients’ enquiries and providing comprehensive business support
Coordinate activities relating to administering a portfolio of client companies and involve in client contact
Provide information to clients on company secretarial and statutory compliance matterS.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial or Trust Administration from certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
University degree, professional qualification in company secretary, trust or legal is an advantage
Excellent communication and client servicing skills
