Specific responsibilities include:
Lead, manage and oversee the operational execution of the Sales and Marketing services value proposition as a superior service provider.
Accountable for building long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify, areas to cross-sell products for existing clients, whilst ensuring incremental and new opportunities are maximized.
You will design strategies and enforce plans alongside the Sales and Marketing teams.
You will actively drive operational best practices, processes, technology improvements and risk management to create a scalable, efficient function.
You will assist in diagnosing any client issues and identify solutions alongside the client and service delivery leaders.
Leading from the front you will have direct relationship management oversight of a number of key global and regional strategic relationships
