Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work with one of the major US law firm which is known for its work in private equity practice.

  • This is a new role, and we are looking for a junior funds lawyer with experience of advising both GPs and LPs relating to private equity funds.
  • You will be required to advise on private fund matters such as formations, investments, and regulatory issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 year's PQE
  • Relevant experience in advising both GPs and LPs in connection with private equity funds
  • Have worked on a range of funds structures
  • A strong academic background
