Our client is an international fund accounting and administration service provider with a strong track record in the region. Due to an expansion of the business, they are looking for Private Equity Fund Accountants to support their business.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports, footnotes, and partner capital statements
Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries
Compiling and analysis of financial information underlying the financial statements, including the treatment of business transactions.
Recording transactions in the financial accounting system, including bookkeeping for purchase and sales invoices, bank reconciliations, and analysis of fund transactions
Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials, administration work including preparing fund correspondence and notices
Participate in the implementation of fund structures onto the accounting system
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Designated accountant or working towards CA, CMA, CGA, CPA designation
1+ years of public/private accounting work experience
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
