This is a new role, and we are looking for experienced professionals who are keen to join a fast-growing firm and be part of its core team to chart its upward growth trajectory.
This is a newly created role in which you will be working very closely with the management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work under the leadership of an inspiring CEO with years of experience in real estate investment and fund management.
You will play a critical role in fund management and fund accounting.
You will be involved in the fund management function from accounting and fund administration, investment vehicle setup, to portfolio monitoring, and to handle LP queries and support IR request when necessary.
You will also be required to liaise with the local finance function in each of the countries, and be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the preparation of the quarterly accounts, and to manage external service providers such as fund administrators, auditors and tax advisors.
Key Requirements:
We are looking for an accounting and finance professional who has at least 5 - 8 years of fund management and fund accounting experience, especially in real estate private equity funds, and with hands-on experience in a newly set up fund management company.
As this is a lean team, we are looking for a team player, and who is also a self-starter and independent with strong interpersonal skills
