Strong trust administration experience and knowledge
Our client is a leading global trust and corporate services provider offering a range of innovative and effective business partnering solutions. With a strong global presence, the business is expanding and is now looking for an Assistant Manager for the Private Trust team.
Conduct trust administration in accordance with policies and procedures of Trustee
Maintain and administer a portfolio of Hong Kong Trust and offshore companies
Be the liaising party for different stakeholders such as lawyers, accountants and tax advisers to keep them notified and update about any changes in trust deed, memorandum and other related matters.
Ensure that documents are records are maintained accurately according to statutory requirements.
To advise clients on corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
To help mentor and guide junior trust administration team members.
Recognized university degree with STEP qualification
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in handling trust administration work
